Majid Kazmi is a seasoned banking professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in corporate banking, retail banking, wealth management and banking technology. His banking experience has been predominantly focused on developing and executing growth and business effectiveness strategies for individual as well as small and large business clients.
Based in Toronto, Majid volunteers for a number of causes and works with several non-profit organizations. He is the Treasurer and Board Member at Toronto’s workforce planning board, the Toronto Workforce Innovation Group. Majid also sits on the Board of a Canadian-International charity, H2O 4 ALL. Additionally, he co-chairs the CIBC International Professionals Network (IPN) and is the President-Elect of Rotary Club of Mississauga South. He is also an ambassador for United Way of Toronto & York Region (UWTY). Helped by his fundraising efforts, UWTY was able to raise over $200 million in 2015/16. As an immigrant success story and a mentor for newcomers, Majid has been featured on CBC television and radio. He is a published author, member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a contributor at The Huffington Post. He frequently speaks and writes on matters related to business and professional success. Majid holds an MBA from IBA Karachi.

Gerard Keledjian is a Toronto-based media professional. His experience includes broadcast, print, online and social media. Gerard is interested in immigration, environmental, political and socio-cultural issues. He is the Founder and Executive Producer of New Horizons Media, a video production company for Canadian non-profits and small businesses.
Gerard is the recipient of 2015 Pioneers for Change Award that recognizes nation builders who have made a significant and lasting contribution to Canada. He is also the Community Producer and Co-host of Introducing Toronto, Toronto’s first TV series dedicated to Canadian immigrants.
Gerard has a degree in Journalism and is a member of RTDNA Canada and CAJ. He is also the Chair of New Canadian Media Professionals’ Network (NCMP), a professional immigrant network for internationally trained journalists and media professionals in Canada which he co-founded with the Mennonite New Life Centre of Toronto.
